Hi,

 

I'm getting "Flash API Error #24 The  Erase Operation Failed  the pre-compaction step" when ever i try to program my software on to my chip.

I use TMS320F28335. This is the second time i'm facing the issue. Earlier I had to replace the chip. Again same thing has happened.

Please advise what could have gone wrong because of which this has happened. Need to know RCA for this.

    The Depletion recovery also fails:

    Flash API Error #23:
    The Erase operation failed the compact step.
    First Fail Address = 0x00000000

    Depletion Recovery Operation failed
    **** End Depletion Recovery Operation. ***

    Please advise how to recover the chip!
