I'd like to know about TMS320F28335 failures modes. What kinds of failures happen? Is there a FMEA of this DSP?
Is it possible happen a error processing caused by a hardware error inside the DSP and this error processing don't affect a watchdog timer for example? If yes, in this situation the DSP continues stimulating the watchdog timer even if there is an error processing in a specific part caused by an internal dsp hardware,ok?
I'd like to get any documents about that.
