Customer query on Information on the PSA function in the Piccolo processors

My customer has the below query:

When I upgraded CCS to 5.1.1.00031 some of the tests stopped working. I have traced it back to the PSA generation as described in the psa.inc file in the tests. My problem is that I can find no information on the PSA function in the Piccolo processors nor can I find details on the clocking setup by the emulator before running the boot code.

So my questions are this:

Is there any document/note/reference to how the PSA operates, which clock it operates from etc?

Is there an updated version on the  IEC60730 library that might shed some light on the problem?

Any other suggestions? (I'm already starting on a set of PSA routines to do it the old fashion way - in assembler - but it will be VERY difficult to do the address bus testing).

This is a whole functionality that seems to be built in (BIST?). It is quite exciting and hopefully will be usable again.
