Concerto Ethernet Timestamp point

Can someone tell me exactly at what point the Concerto MAC time-stamps Ethernet packets?  Is it at the first bit of the packet, after the last bit, or at some other time?  Is it the same for receive and transmit packets?

Much thanks,
