Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28027

I'm trying to simulate the TMS320F28027 with the "Issis Protheus" and i need the program file on .COF format.

Someone knows how can I get the program file on this format? Because the "CComposer Studio V3" gives me the program file on .OUT format.
