CCS disconnect [failed to operate the adapter]

Hi all,

I've been using CCS 3.3 with the TMDS320F28335 Experimenter's Kit (with the onboard XDS100usb emulator). My problem is CCS disconnect to the target soon after the program was download into the DSP and run, it presented the error as follows:

Error 0xA0002020/-150
Error during: Execution, Control,
This error was generated by TI's USCIF driver.
SC_ERR_POD_FAIL <-150>
This utility failed to operate the adapter for a custom emulator.
The adapter returned an error for unknown reasons.

I have selected xds100usb emulator in CCS setup, after check the Device Manager, TI XDS100 Channel A and B are installed correctly. But when I look at the Texas Instruments Emulators driver, it displays "Texas Instruments XDS560 PCI JTAG Emulator". I was just wandering why it is not "Texas Instruments XDS100usb Emulator" because I am using the TMDS320F28335 Experimenter's Kit with onboard XDS100usb emulator? Is it mismatch of emulator driver causing CCS disconnection?

I have tried many suggestions from TI forum but they didnot work. Please help.

Kind regards,
Jerry
