Is the trip zone is latched? When the trip zone signal goes to zero the pwm is disabled but as soon as it goes High the pwm is disable. Is there a way to latch the trip zone and release the pwm by software?

The trip zone can be configured either as cycle by cycle (CBC) or one shot. If you set it up as one shot the PWMs will be disabled (if configured right) when the trip signal goes low, and they will remain in that state until software resets them. In CBC mode the trip resets when the desired PWM signal goes "off".
