Windows App to display ADC sampling from Piccolo

My customer needs to sample for about 12 seconds, then send the info to the PC.

Is there an application for the PICCOLO development board, where he can sample at least 9 A/D channels and send the info (CSV or ASCII) to a pc (HyperTerminal or equivalent or windows app)??   The total sample time has to be at least for 12 seconds.

It would be real nice if there is a windows app that display the channels graphically real time as the piccolo is sampling the data.

I know TI or VisSim has a lot of applications that has already been written, so I hope that an application exists or is at least mostly written.  Does anyone know of such an application??
