Am working on code composer studio v3.1 with TMS320f2812 DSP.

I want to do discrete model dc motor simulation on CCSv3.1.

I want to know how to simulate in CCS.

can you please explane the steps needed in simulation in CCSv3.1.

that means ur asking how to use IDE right? or else particularly ur asking something

if u want how to write and simulate some code in ccs3.1 i can help u but i cannot understand ur actual doubt

first of all you need to install some simulator board in the CCS setup

Open the "Setup CCS v3.1" utility and install F2812 Device Simulator.

Save changes, close setup, start CCS.

In the parallel debug manager choose F2812 Device Simulator.

Now you can load your project and start it. :)
