McBSP as SPI in TMS320F28335

Hi.

I'm a new user of the TMS320F28335 DSC.

If I use the MCBSP as SPI, may I use the MFSRx and the MCLKRx pin as GPIO or not?

Another question: when I use the SPI interface (pin GPIO54 to GPIO57) but I don't need the SPISIMOA, may I use it as GPIO54 pin?

Igor,

You may use any pins which are not required by your SPI application as GPIO.
