Perhaps I am a dinosaur or something. I purchased a C2000 Picolo LaunchPad and want to find a full document about the CPU-instruction-set used by Picolo. I searched for TMS320C28, Picolo, C2000, etc. It spirals and included more and more hits but there is nothing about the specifics of the CPU instruction set.
Kindly provide a URL (for the CPU instruction set) please!
