After running a code in flash,while the DSP(TMS320F2812) is giving out PWM signals,What is the procedure to reset the DSP(iam running from flash ,so JTAG cannot b used)

Can i just turn off power to the DSP board to reset ?Will it b harmful for DSP?

Yes, this will reset the device and will not harm the processor. However, make sure that all your F2812's peripherals are in a safe state before performing the reset (for example, assuming your PWMs are connected to FETs make sure these PWMs are set to low/high, etc).

You can also force a software reset if you prefer (see link below). Again, you'll want to make sure your peripherals/system is in a safe state before resetting.
