28035 Errata

Whether you use c or assembly (or a mix), the linker command file (.cmd) in CCS determines where sections of code and data are placed.  Using this, you should be able to keep code sections away from the end of memory.

RAMM1  length 0x0003f7 ?  only change it  for workaround of exsample 1 ?
