DRV8312 kit / motor control question

I have a customer that would like to do the following to satisfy a test requirement...

• Apply 28VDC Phase A wrt Phase B to hold motor at that pole.  Wait ~1 second, then read the motor position via resolver.
• Apply 28VDC to Phase B wrt Phase C to hold motor at that pole.  Wait ~1 second, then read the motor position via resolver.
• Apply 28VDC to Phase C wrt Phase A to hold motor at that pole.  Wait ~1 second, then read the motor position via resolver.

 Can this be accomplished with the DRV8312 kit?
