EMU pins functionality on F2812

Are you looking for any specific information? - the datasheet provides information on these pins to some extent. Have you gone through the signal description table provided in the datasheet? If the provided information is  not enough then it will be better if you ask for the specific information you need for your design.

I need to know effect of these pins while debugging with XDS100v1, especialy when CCS executing reset on F2812.

I read SPRS174O, there on the page 21 is some info and then I read SPRU430E and there is a table 7-2. But this table describes only situations where TRST is low, ie. debugging is off.
