Hi all,
We just built some custom prototype boards with TMX320F28027 LQFPs. However when we connect them via JTAG using either a USB100 or USB2000 emulator an error appears when we go to debug in CCS4. The error "Device Calibration not complete, check if device is unlocked and recalibrate. " appears and we are unable to write to secure RAM (L0). So I made a program which performs the device_cal routine and placed it in M0 RAM. This worked. However the original error text still appeared and when I went to write a different program to secure RAM it failed like before. I checked the CSM passwords and they are unlocked (0xFFFF) when read. Also after the boot routine is run, L0 RAM can be read, but I can't program to it still. This problem has occurred on multiple boards and with both CCSv3.3 and CCS4.
Has anyone come across these problems before and does anyone have any suggestions and/or solutions?
Tim
