【important】Question about 2812-DSP XF_XPLLDIS port

I am using a 2812-DSP, I just want the XF_XPLLDIS port to get 1.6V voltage(not very accurately),but I tried many times ,the port's voltage is 3.3V or 0V.
   Could you tell me how to get the 1.6V by setting in CCS? I'm looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much!

    I believe this pin can be utilized as a general purpose GPIO or Output or for some sort of PLL function and the if utilized as I/O then the voltage level can only be zero or 3.3V as this is a digital pin. I think you are seeing the pin working correctly .
