MPPT Control Using Piccolo 2803x

It seems that Piccolo 2803x is optimized for inverter and motor control. Planning to use this controller for MPPT control using 2-phase buck converter. Here are the tentative specifications:

Switching frequency 250 kHz, AD channel 7.  It might be difficult to complete the AD conversion of 7 channels, implement the MPPT control algorithm and driving LCD module within (1/250kHz=4us). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
