CCS and TI resource explorer

Hello, first time i opened after installing CSS i TI resource explorer with lot of C2000 projects, but now i can't open same window, and having problem importing projects to my workspace.

Does any one know how to open TI resource Explorer in eclipse as it did in first time (welcome page) ?
