Problem to flash the F28035 with external oscillator set

Hello,

I'm actually working on the experimenter kit Piccolo B (F28035) and try to work with the external oscillator (I added the oscillator X1 and the resistor R4). This is working fine using the RAM but it is not possible
for me to flash the device. The Clock Configuration field are "shaded" and it is not possible to change the default value (OSCCLK 10MHz, DIVSEL /2, PLLCR 2). My external oscillator is 20MHz and I set 3 for PLLCR
and 2 for DIVSEL.

- CSS: 3.3.82.13
- Code Generation Tools: 5.2.2
- I as well installed the plugin allowing to use the F28035

Does someone havi any idea why I'm limited for this configuration?

The flash plug-in always uses the internal oscillator when programming 2803x and 2802x devices.

what I have to do/install to allow me to flash the device and to use the external oscillator once the flash is loaded?

The switch to internal osc is just for the flash plug-in programmer. The programming has to be done at a known frequency and the easiest way to do this on these devices is to just switch to the internal osc.

After programming you can change the clock source just like you did in the RAM case. There are code examples in the DSP2803x_SysCtrl.c file included with the 2803x C/C++ header files and peripheral examples (SPRC892).
