Iam getting this error when iam trying to connect to the target board TMS320F2808.

Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000240/-151 Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS, This error was generated by TI's USCIF driver. SC_ERR_POD_OPEN <-151> This utility failed to open the adapter for a custom emulator. The adapter returned an error.

When iam able to connect to the target board on other computer, iam getting error like

DATA VERIFICATION FAILED AT ADDRESS 0*3F4620. PLEASE VERIFY TARGET MEMORY AND MEMORY MAP.

can I check the tareget memory for what is written in it? How to resolve this issue?

For the data verification error:

CCS 3.3 can not load the flash directly. You need to use the flash programmer plugin. There should be a little icon with a lighting bolt on it in CCS - that will open up the programmer.

We have an app note available titled "Flash Programming Solutions for the TMS320F28xxx DSCs" that explains how to program and debug from the flash. This should help:

I ran into this similar error below while I am trying to reflash the piccolob controlcard on the LED lighting kit. I followed the direction and this was the last step. I updated my CCSv4 but I am not quite sure how to go from here.

Good Evening:

I found out the the PID/VID on the FTDI chip was wrong. For XDS100v1 it should be VID=0403 and PID=A6D0. I used the device manager to check the valid VID and PID and I was able to verify that is was wrong. I downloaded FT_Prog and programmed the FTDI device with the right VID and PIC.
