PRIME and 28069 / 80 pins

Hi,

Does anybody know if the PRIME library that comes with 'Prime Development Package V6000' is compatible with 28069 - 80 pins (i.e. PN package)  version? There are small differences regarding ADC and other peripherals availability. I'm working in a cost sensitive project, hence the question.
