example blinky problem

i got a problem is i follow the step and test the blinky example(c28 and m3)

controlsuit f28m35x v140 dual example

in the debuger mode i run both core and it blink normal

then when terminate and sw1 all down and sw3-1 down 

only m3 side LED blink but frequency is down

anyone can help me solve it
