There is a device on the basis of DSP TMS320LF2407A with an opportunity of programming ???? memories on channel SCI which was successfully programmed with use of utility Serial Port Flash Programming Utilities for the TMS320LF240x-A. At the next record of the program (approximately 10-th under the account), in a window displaying a condition of loading, has appeared the following message:

BAUD rate detect………
OK
Initializing device…
Waiting.
OK
Clearing
Waiting.
Wrong ACK received. program terminated.

i have a question. is jtag is necessary for sdflash utility.?

if you want to use serial flash boot loader,no it is'nt necessary to use jtag.

Hi,

i'm not sure to have understood... are you having problems in lf2407a serial programming generally or only with that software?

By the way, have you tried "C2000prog"?

can u help me ? Is this password problem? How to solve it?

Hello,

First time working with an old 2407A as well, I have run into the same problem with the serial port utility just as above.

Did you find out what your problem was in the end?
