On-Chip Programming issue with TMS320F28335

I have got the TMS silicon version, But i have problem to program its flash using On-Chip Flash Programmer in CCS3.3.

BTW: I do this success in TMX version. Can you tell me what the problem is? Thanks!

TMS silicon version may not be the issue. Have you installed the latest CCS3.3 SR (Service Release)? What error message you get?

my Code Composer Studio version is 3.3.54.1.

I got the following error message:

Non-supported PartID: 0x00EF

Service Release 10 fixes this issue. You also may need to download the latest Chip Support Package. These are available through the Update Advisor in the Help Menu.

I am also getting the error of PartId not supported.

From Where can i download the Service Release 10.0.

Srinivasulu,

Can you post a screenshot of the error you are getting? If you visit www.ti.com/c2000tools and click the "C2834x update" link (look for the TMDXCNCD28343) you should be able to access all of the chip support packages, including the one for the F28335. Installing this will most likely fix your problem.
