PROBLEM WHEN USING FFT LIB WITH THE EZDSP28335

hi all,

*i have a problem when trying to use the fft lib,under the ccs used by spectrum digital

for the ezdsp28335 board.

*if someone used it,please write down short guide on how to include the path to the lib

in the project and the compiler settings.

and how it was used.

*i think there's a problem locating the stb.h file

*by the way,

as i see,the library uses long and int variables,how to deal with float?

(1) include file search path: Project ==> Build Options ==> Compiler ==> Preprocessor ==> include search path

add c:\tidcs\c28\dsp_tbox\fft\clib\include to the search path

(2) you mentioned a file "stb.h". There is no "stb.h" - all you need is "fft.h", which is located in the abovementioned directory

(3) from c:\tidcs\c28\dsp_tbox\clib\lib add "fft.lib" to your project.

(4) TI's fft - library supports 32 -bit - IQ-Math numbers, there is no floating point support in this library.

There is a floating-point Real FFT in the C28x Floating-Point Unit Library (SPRC624).

i managed to install the appropriate lib->C28x_FPU_Lib_Beta1

and it works fine
