F28234 DSP/BIOS SCI non-blocking I/O

Does anyone have a project with base requirements similar to the following ?

F28234, F28334

DSP/BIOS

No external ram

Runs from flash.

need at least 2 non-blocking SCI (UART) tasks which communicate to generic rs/232 ports.
