can serial bootloader use any UART0 alternative modes?

We'd like to use alternative mode 13, PE4/PE5.  Is that possible?

6.5.14.1.1 UART Interface

The UART0 interface uses below pins to communicate with the bootloader.

UART0_RX PA0_GPIO0, peripheral MODE -1

UART0_TX PA1_GPIO1, peripheral MODE -1
