Peripheral Explorer Kit CC3 connection problems

I purchased the Peripheral Explorer Kit and a Spectrum Digital XDS510LC Emulator.

 

I went through the CCS3.3 setup and selected the F28335 XDS510USB Emulator option. When I start the CCS, I get this error:

"Unable to find an appropriate registry key for "TMS320C28XX"  Target Driver: C:CCStudio_v3.3driverssdgo28xusb.dvr"

I have the Platinum version of CCStudio_v3.3 and my OS is WinXP.  Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
