Just ignore the warning. You do not need the XDS560 because the TI-kits are based on the XDS100 emulator, which should be listed as USB - device.
Praveen,
There is also more about the xds560 warning here:

As Frank mentioned this is an issue you can ignore for the most part..
Thank you,
Brett
Actually the problem was with the FTDI chip drivers and the code doesn't get loaded to the kit unless we install the FTDI drivers. Anyways thank you for your attention and reply Frank Bormann and Brett Larimore ...
I have bought a new Peripheral explorer kit and a 28335 control card.
I have installed CCS 5 provided with it.
when ever i debug any program , i get a message "device not connected"
what should i do now.
I also have 100 Usb programmer.
yes XDS 100 is listed as USB device. but the program is not being loaded.
I think Control Card need to be installed but I dont have the its drivers.
Hi Zoniab!
1 Check that you set the target device in CCS correctly.
2 You can try reinstall XDS100 4201.XDS100 Drivers_0.rar.
3 F28335 belongs to Delfino series http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Category:C2000.
If you will have new problems then create own post.

Igor
