How to set input/output selection for GPIO

Hello, i have eZdspf28335 and CCS v3.3 and also MATLAB R2008a. Did anyone have any ideas how to set the input type or output for the GPIO used in MATLAB? Or In CCS such as to read signal let say an analog voltage type 3.3V in pin GPIO41

if you want to work with simulink type first ' c2000lib' for open the blocks that work with the dsp.
