C28x Codegen Update 5.1.2

Folks,

An update to the 28x codegen (V5.1.2) has been posted to Code Composer Studio update advisor.  (Help->update advisor)

Remember to select the new compiler in the component manager after installing (help->about->component manager-> build tools)

    Hello Lori,

    Unfortunately the links to the exe and bin (for Linux) are wrong. And also release notes and defect history links incorrectly to the 5.1.1 version files.

    I've mailed ti-webmaster@ti.com about this error yesterday.

    The Windows version link still gives a http 500 error.

    Defect history and Release Notes are okay now.

    It's still not working for me.  I have been told there are some diskspace issues and emergency maintanence ongoing to fix the issue. 

    Hopefully it will be fixed today.  Until then I've uploaded a copy to the ftp server.

     To retrieve the files from the pickup directory:

      1. Open an ftp session to ftppickup.ti.com.
             ftp ftppickup.ti.com

      2. Login with the userid 'pickup'.
             Name: pickup

      3. Enter the password.
             Password: piurh!

      4. Change directories to the pickup directory.
             ftp> cd /pub/share/thiigon

         Note: If you are using a graphical ftp client, you will not
               see the hidden pickup directory name thiigon appear
               in the file list.  You will need to use a manual
               'Change Directory' or 'CD' command to change into the
               dropoff directory.

      5. Set the file transfer mode to ascii or binary as necessary.
             ftp> bin

      6. Transfer the file.
             ftp> get <file>

      7. End the ftp session.
             ftp> quit

    The files can also be retrieved with the url:

      ftp://pickup@ftppickup.ti.com/pub/share/thiigon

    List of files in the pickup directory 'thiigon':
    C2000CodeGenerationTools5.1.2.zip
