Concerto F28M35 Eqep problems

Hi,

I am playing around with a Concerto F28M35x controlCard and have loaded the eqep_posspeed example into the controlCard development card. I have connected the encoder channel A and B to the GPIO 20 and 21 but get no response in the software when debugging. I have verified that the signal is present on the controlCard pins but there is jumper on Gpio 1 – 36 with A, B, and C position. Where do I find the correct settings for this jumpers?

Could it be other things that I have done wrong?
