F2812 Boundary Scan Mode

I have a customer having some difficulty getting the F2812 into boundary scan mode.  We can see in the datasheet that the EMU0 and EMU1 pins must be pulled accordingly, and then TRST needs a rising edge, but we are confused about the timing of the rising edge on TRST relative to powering up the device and relative to the EMUx pins being set into the appropriate state.  Is there any timeing information these signals?

  • TESTSEL pin needs to be low. At powerup, TRST and EMU1 should be low, EMU0 should be high. After the voltages have stabilized, TRST should be driven high. Other than that, I don't think there are any timing requirements.
