Is there an ESD diode from XRS to VDD (on F2812)?

 My customer has applied 5V to XRS pin while testing. They know that the device is dead but they wonder if some oth4er components might have also got damaged. Can somebody confirm that there is an ESD diode from XRS to VDD?

    Maite,

    The XRSN pin has a diode connection to 3.3v VDDIO (not 1.8v VDD). I would argue that if the XRSN pin received enough stress to damage it though, we cannot guarantee that the diode would necessarily be working and protecting other devices from seeing too high of a stress.
