As per errata SPRZ193k, the XINTF access can be corrupted due to the fact that XBANK does not properly extend an access. The errata mentions that this occur when XTIMCLK <> SYSCLKOUT. Is this a mandatory condition. In other words, can this issue happens when XTIMCLK = SYSCLKOUT?
My customer has a XTIMCLK = SYSCLKOUT configuration and he is loosing data access. I suspect a wrong setup of the XINTF but he he stays focus on this default...

The errata only applies if XTIMCLK is not equal to SYSCLKOUT. If XTIMCLK is equal to SYSCLKOUT then there is no restrictions on the value of XBANK.
