I have a new board with the Concerto chip installed. I have been able to download using XDS100V2 feature of CCS v4.2.5 and an on-board USB interface that is identical to the evaluation board (F28M35xx ISO Control Card). I have loaded blinky on both the new and the eval board. I get no response form the new board. The registers for both cases are shown below:
Any help would be greatly appreciated. What should be my next step?
