How to Load Program from CCS5.3 on C2000 launchpad

So maybe I'm just blind, but how do you load a program onto the device? When I go to Run>Load all I get is a greyed out button "Verify Program". Debugging works fine so the connection the device is good, I just can't seem to a way to load the program into device flash from within CCS5. I seem to remeber that that was supposed to a be cool new feature of this release. Anybody been able to do this?

Do you have the C28x core selected while you are trying to load? A screenshot may be helpful if you can provide one.

I have the C28x selected in the debug configuration panel, although I could not find a similar panel for "load". Perhaps you could point out which setting you are referring to? I am basically locked out of anything relating to a load.I've attached a screenshot of me trying to load the program.
