Heya ... probably kind of a weird question, but I'm a bit curious so anyway ...
I've configured my McBSP-B serial port as a full McBSP port (RX/TX), but I don't transmit and receive. It's just enabled. I happened to have a probe hooked up to the transmit clock and I noticed that the clock is always on, the moment I initialize the serial port - I'm not transmitting or receiving anything, the clock is on throughout and never stops.
Is this intentional and by design or have I configured something wrong?
