Are there any description. explanation or operation document of SFO(), the HRPWM calibration?

Because i program all in assembly, i need some information about this for reference.

Documentation of the SFO library can be found in Appendix A of the HRPWM User's Guide of your device.

I know, I've read it.

It only describes how to use SFO() in C/C++ environment, no more information including what and how the sub-progarm do internally is interpreted.

I would like to program this with assembly.

This is internal information that works directly with the HRPWM IP. I don't believe we will give out any details other than what is already presented.
