BLDC example in ControlSUITE

I recommend setting PwmActive before calling the BLDCPWM_INIT code although it's currently only referenced in the BLDCPWM_MACRO code.

I haven't run this code yet, but I added it my version of the BLDCPWM_INIT code to select polarity of output A and B:

I will give it a try.  I would still like to know where it gets set so that I can stop if from making the changes.

It doesn't get set anywhere that I've found.  Typically, memory is wiped clean with zeros by the C run-time before main() is called.  So it's probably set to 0 and you have to add code to set "PwmActive = 1" (typically before the init code).

The example project is for the HV Motor Control evaluation board.  It employs a P-N half bridge, thus half of the FETs are active high and half are active low.

Perhaps I am looking for the wrong value.  Is that what the polsel does?

Although I'm somewhat of a beginner at motor control (with a good existing project to work with), the BLDCPWM_MACRO code looks like 'active high' logic.  The POLSEL bits in the DBCTL register provide a lot of flexibility for polarity settings.  Take a look at that register.  Let me know how it turns out.

Where is that file?  If it is in a library can I get the source file?
