C28x core cannot access M3 SSI ports on Cocnerto, however please take a look at SERPLOOP feature. you might find it useful.

Thanks for the information.
It looks like the SSI loopback to spiA only allows access to one SSI port in one direction only. Is that correct?
I am wanting to use the SSI data on the C28 core. Is it possible for the M3 to interrupt the C28 core? If so the M3 transfer the data to shared memory and then interrupt the C28 when the data is available.
Also, not exactly related to this post, what is the power dissipation as compare to the single core TMS320F28335?

yes, you can use shared memory and IPC to handle the data transfer.
regarding the power dissipation question, it will help if you can open a new thread.
