Hi all,
I am using a TMS320F28335ZHHA and need to interface to an input that will draw 3mA @ 3.3V. I also plan to run the IO supply @ 3.3V. Is there data somewhere that will specify the guaranteed high level output voltage (Voh) when the I/O is sourcing 3mA?
The only data found in the datasheet says the following:
- Voh will be at a minimum of 2.4V when sourcing 8mA
- Voh will be Vddio - 0.2V when sourcing 50uA.
If possible, I am also interested in finding data that characterizes Voh when sourcing anywhere between that range (50uA and 8mA). I believe interpolation will not work here since Voh will not vary linearly with output current. Any direction you provide as to where this can be found will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tim
