I'd to know what's the development kit to implement a non-invasive to the battery test using the technique Eletrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). I was reading a Texas White Paper with subject "Developing an advanced, predictive battery health monitoring solution with a low-cost microcontroller solution", it's inform that the best microcontroller is C2000, but can I use anything Kit with C2000 ?
