Using C2000 launchpad's xds100v2 emulator for another DSP

There are no hardware facilities to allow for this based on the schematics found in the C2000 Launchpad User's Guide.

However, if you modified the board to depopulate some series resistors and isolation devices, you could potentially gain access to the XDS100.  You would need to trade that off with just getting a standalone XDS100.
