Sorry, I don't have anything directly for Simulink, but here are a couple of resources for generating Sine waves with the C2000 PWM's.

Also, if you have controlSuite installed, there is a SINE generator example project that should help you out.

In ControlSuite - go to - English -> Libraries->Signal Generation - Documentation
