F28M35H52C1- FLASH is not connect

Hi,

I am using F28M35H52C1. 

CCS5.3.0.0009,

In that i try to debug my blinky project in RAM configuration. That time i can able to debug.

But if i change the Configuration to FLASH, my Flash is not connected with CCS5.3.  I cannot able to program in the flash.

Is there any TI experts???
