Procurement of CONCERTO F28M35H52C1

Hello,

I currently developped a new project with CONCERTO XF28M35H52C1, the boards must be assembled in the coming days but the supplier informs me that some problems are encountered for supplying of these CONCERTO.
Could you tell me where i can found some F28M35H52C1 microcontrollers available? (normal or experimental type). I need at least 2 or 3 components to solve the problem, obtain the cards, continue the software development and start the prototype tests.

I'm really annoyed and blocked by this situation.

Hi Samuel,

Element14/Farnell are the best supporters of this device. Yes there are stock issues with these ics in India itself!

Hi Gautam,

On Element14/Farnell India Website, the F28M35H52C1 microcontroller is in "Awaiting Delivery" status. I asked at Farnell sales service if there are any stocks somewhere in the worl. I currently wait their answer.

Do you know if there are some stocks in another distributor? Or if it possible to obtain samples directly from TI?

Hi Gautam,

On Mouser website, the microcontroller is out of stock, like other distributors.

The announced delay is 23 weeks on Mouser!
Do you know another alternative to obtain at least 2 samples of this CONCERTO?

This out of stock is a real problem for me and the company in which I work.

Thanks for your answer, I already started to contact them few days ago to find the microcontroller but without success.

The experimental version XF28M35H52C1 is out of stock, and the final version F28M35H52C1 is not produced and available yet.

Could you confirm me that the final version F28M35H52C1RFP is currently in production and will be available for the distributors in 8 weeks?

Hi Samuel

We are in the transition period from TMX (X-grade) to TMS (release grade) silicon at the moment. We have material in the manufacturing flow and will be loading up distribution inventories over the next 3-4 weeks. 8 weeks will be no problem based on the amount of silicon I have coming out of the fab over the next 2 weeks. Best I can say is get a sample order in through your local distributor / TI sales team, and I can do a manual allocation for a handful of units for you.

Order entry is open on the F28M35H52C1RFPT - it shows as not available as we are doing manual allocations at the moment.
