F28M35x- EPI interface

Hi,

In the EPI interface, how to put the Address and Data in muxed communication. While putting the Address i need to pull the ALE line low. If i put the address and data in 0xA0000000, only my data is going. And my CS also not changed.

Please help me to fix this

    Hi Thirumoorthy,

    Can you please check your code and confirm if the setting of MODE filed of EPIHB8CFG/EPIHB16CFG register is correct to use the address/data mux option.

    Hi vivek,

    Yes, I checked. My Configuration is like this ,

    EPIHB8CFG = 0x00000000;

    EPIHB8CFG2 = 0x03000000;

    And my EPIADDR is 0x00000055;

    I checked my ALE line and WR line. It is correct only.

    My slave device will accept the address only when the ALE and WR line is LOW. But when i am sending the Address my ALE is in LOW state but WR line wont go to LOW

    state.

    My slave device write sequence  is like this:

    But my EPI write like this,

    Please help me to configure my F28M3H52C1 , like both ALE and WR should LOW while writing the Address. And WR should LOW while writing the Data. My chip select (CS1) looking correctly. My CS1 is low when i am writing the Address & Data.

    I have a problem in EPI with my slave device. My slave device is S1D13742 using Host bus 8 bit interface. 

    I am using HB8 mode with ALE & 2 CSn pin. Is it possible to change the state of WR while writing the Address. My slave device accept the Address only when the ALE and WR in LOW.
