Hi, 

I just finished assembling a board with processor TMS320f28069 and when I try to debug I have the following on the Output window: 

C28xx: Failed Software Reset: (Error -1137 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.0.471.0)
C28xx: Trouble Reading PC Register: (Error -1137 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.0.471.0)
C28xx: Trouble Reading Register ST1: (Error -1137 @ 0x6) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.0.471.0)
C28xx: GEL: Error while executing OnReset(1): target access failed at (ST1&~(0x0100)) [f28069.gel:301] at C28x_Mode() [f28069.gel:32] at OnReset(1) .

I did some googling and

deleted the debug session

made a new workspace,

Deleted the cache files in the users directory 

pretty much follow all the recommendations in the attached link.

I am using a blackhawk USB2000 controller emulator; the links for troubleshooting on the balckhaw devicdes is broken. 

please help.
